P. Francisco Riddell, SWC, LACC

CEO

Pedro Francisco Riddell's life is a testament to resilience and dedication to personal and community growth. Born in Mexico and experiencing a challenging upbringing in the U.S., Pedro faced homelessness but used these hardships to fuel his determination to pursue education. Starting at Mendocino College with nine associate degrees, he advanced to UCLA for dual degrees in Gender and LGBTQ Studies. His desire to make a difference led him to earn a Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California, and a Doctorate in Human Services at Walden University. A bilingual therapist, Pedro addresses critical community needs such as domestic violence and substance abuse, empowering children, youth, and families with a holistic approach. His journey from adversity to empowerment highlights the strength of the human spirit and serves as a beacon of hope for those he helps.

Marian Percy, LCSW

Clinical Supervisor

Marian Percy, LCSW, is a dedicated social work professional specializing in child welfare and foster care. Since 2018, she has served as the Director of Kinship Services at Hope and Home, focusing on licensing and supporting kinship families. Marian also oversees Home Supervision, the H&H Mental Health Clinic, Adolescent Services, and Therapeutic Foster Care. She is a Master Level Trainer in Therapeutic Foster Care for the Colorado Department of Human Services, offering statewide training.

Previously, Marian worked for 21 years at El Paso County DHS, retiring as Deputy Director of Children, Youth, and Family Services. Her roles included caseworker, supervisor, and Child Welfare Intake Manager, among others. Armed with an MSW from Colorado State University and a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, Marian has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 2002. Her career reflects her commitment to enhancing the lives of the community.

Renae DellaCroce, PHD, LPC

Clinical Supervisor

Renae DellaCroce is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Colorado with 30 years of experience. She launched her career as a wilderness counselor for teens and holds a Bachelor's in Psychology (1984), a Master's (1989), and a Doctorate (2016). Renae authored the "Family Domestic Violence Recovery Program" and has worked as a consultant, expert witness, trauma therapist, and clinical supervisor. As a play therapist for 25 years, she now focuses on helping adults and adolescents heal from trauma, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

Renae's warm, interactive style emphasizes respect and compassion. She utilizes EMDR, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, integrating meditation and breathwork. Her commitment is to empower and heal the whole person, providing clarity and recovery from trauma through her diverse techniques.

Evelyn Wilcox, BA

Operations and Services Manager

Evelyn Wilcox, a 34-year-old Mexican professional, holds a degree in Arts in Education and is nearing her Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Liberty University. With a background in education and mental health, she focuses on a holistic approach to emotional well-being. As the Operations and Services Manager at ITZA, Evelyn leverages her leadership in organizational management. Soon to become a therapist, she aims to enhance her support for mental health. Coming from a military family, she appreciates the unique challenges of military life, enriching her guidance approach. She is pioneering therapy strategies, including equine-assisted therapy certification, alongside her therapy dog, who supports emotional health. Evelyn is a wife and mother, cherishing exercise, friends, and growth opportunities.

Linda Meyer, MS

Case Manager

Linda is a passionate advocate for under-served communities. Her personal journey and distinctive education have shaped her values and career goals. She earned her B.A. in English from Southwestern Adventist University in 2000 and an M.S. in Psychological Evaluation, Research, and Measurement from Capella University in 2012. Currently, she is pursuing a clinical social work graduate program at Liberty University, aiming to graduate in 2026. Linda's professional experience spans grant writing, business communications, statistical analysis, and adolescent child welfare in both Florida and Colorado. A lifelong learner, she is dedicated to staying informed about advancements in data analysis and research psychology. Linda has three adult children: Anthony, 26; Juliette, 23; and Genevieve, 21, who resides with her in Colorado Springs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, solving puzzles, and spending time with her family.

Juan Galeana, BSW

Case Manager

Juan Galeana is a bilingual professional born and raised in Illinois who chose to make Colorado his home after serving in the Army. With a Mexican heritage and 12 years of experience in customer service, he has worked closely with individuals of all ages, providing support and assistance in both Spanish and English.

Juan is deeply passionate about mental health advocacy, connecting individuals with vital resources, and equipping children with essential life skills to help them navigate challenges. His experience extends beyond customer service, having worked as a visitation supervisor and peer specialist, where he provided guidance and support to individuals in need.

Juan's mission is to inspire positive change and uplift others, with a strong focus on empowering future generations through compassion, support, and advocacy.

Luis Torres

Peer Specialist

Luis Torres serves as a Peer Specialist at Itza Corazon Community Services, focusing on life skills development and mental health and substance use recovery. He uses his personal experiences and professional training to empower clients towards healthier lives. In his role, Luis offers one-on-one support, leads group sessions, and provides tailored resources, emphasizing resilience and community.

With a background in Criminal Justice from Colorado Technical University, Luis understands and addresses the challenges in recovery. His interests include hiking, photography, art, spending time with family, and breeding French Bulldogs.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Luis actively engages in community initiatives for mental health. At Itza Corazon Community Services, he demonstrates the power of peer support in the recovery journey.

Noely Diaz

Peer Specialist

Noely Diaz is a bilingual Colorado native with a Mexican heritage and 11 years of experience in customer service. Throughout her career, she has worked directly with individuals of all ages, assisting in both Spanish and English. Noely is deeply passionate about supporting mental health, connecting individuals with resources, and teaching essential life skills to children needing guidance.

In addition to her customer service background, Noely has experience as a paralegal assistant and has worked in child support services. She has also provided written and verbal translation services for USCIS.

Noely's mission is to bring light and positive change to the world, focusing on empowering future generations.
