Pedro Francisco Riddell’s life is a testament to resilience and dedication to personal and community growth. Born in Mexico and experiencing a challenging upbringing in the U.S., Pedro faced homelessness but used these hardships to fuel his determination to pursue education. Starting at Mendocino College with nine associate degrees, he advanced to UCLA for dual degrees in Gender and LGBTQ Studies. His desire to make a difference led him to earn a Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California, and a Doctorate in Human Services at Walden University. A bilingual therapist, Pedro addresses critical community needs such as domestic violence and substance abuse, empowering children, youth, and families with a holistic approach. His journey from adversity to empowerment highlights the strength of the human spirit and serves as a beacon of hope for those he helps.
